When one of them indulges in a Distributors system, she was afraid that the others might also engage with it and price can no longer compete with the distributor's price. Hence, she comes out in investing in the roasted chicken business.

She saw an enormous potential of the lechon manok business through delivering chicken directly to the buyers. Seeing the brisk growth of this business, Sabroso Lechon Manok was a launch to the market with its first outlet in City Heights, Bacolod City. It was an instant hit and due to its public clamor then came a second, third, and up to seven outlets. 

Later, she left her work in the hotel where she had worked for 7 years to focus on the roasted chicken business.

In addition to its original lechon manok, the owner now offers three delightful taste specifically; Hawaiian, Hot and spicy and garlic flavors that truly appease to your palate.
